Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a few interested candidates as Sr. Executive/ Executive of the Sales and Marketing Department for Digital Internet Marketing- DIM. DIM is a Canadian-based digital marketing agency which formed back in 2012 in the USA. Currently, it is fully operating from Canada (the headquarters). Additionally, we started our journey in Bangladesh in 2017. Since then, we have a proven track record of helping clients succeed all over the nation. ∎ As a Senior Executive Sales & Marketing at Digital Internet Marketing- DIM, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of our digital marketing services.
∎ Working Days: Sunday- Thursday (5 Days).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∎ Understand clients' digital marketing needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in collaboration with the management team.
∎ Collaborate with our digital marketing experts to develop customized proposals.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of success in digital marketing or related sales roles.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing services and strategies.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
∎ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
∎ Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
∎ Well communicate in English and Bangla.
