∎ Any industrial sales experience
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years' Experience in the similar post in Automation Security/ IT products
∎ Target Industry (Marketing & Sales) : Garments & Apparel Textile, Corporate Company,Trading, Pharmaceutical, Cement, etc.
∎ Strong command on English
∎ Self-starter and dynamic
∎ Having valid motorcycle driving license will be preferred
∎ Candidates should have min 1-2 years experience
∎ Patient to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve company's financial growth and market share.
∎ Developing strong relationship with stakeholders and managing effective relationship with key partners.
∎ Manage Door to Door visit specially in corporate level and motivate to buy our products/ Services.
∎ Developing new business models and coordinating with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions.
∎ Planning business development strategies in line with company's long term strategic goals.
∎ Managing risk by taking proper decision/action during volatile market situation.
∎ A strong network is to be developed with key partners, i.e. through face to face meeting, attending various seminar/conference etc. Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill and deep knowledge will be required to perform such important job.
∎ Establish proper reporting system which will enable all parties to stay in the loop and take joint decisions in efficient manner.
∎ Regular market research and report the content to senior management will be required. Usage of Power point for such reporting is routine job.
∎ Need to prepare daily work plan and report to the management
∎ Need to prepare weekly/monthly sales plan
