• Ability to communicate fluently in Bangla; English communication skills will be preferred.

• Willingness to participate in outdoor sales activities, client meetings, and promotional events.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

• Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other digital communication platforms.

• Ability to prepare basic sales reports and customer databases.

• Basic knowledge of real estate, hospitality, and resort investment products.

• Good presentation and product demonstration skills.

• Ability to use digital tools for lead generation and customer follow-up.

Position Overview

Otithee City and Resort Limited is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Sr./Executive, Sales to join its growing sales team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for generating new sales leads, communicating with potential customers, presenting resort share and ownership opportunities, and converting prospects into customers.

This position is ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Candidates with experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or investment-based sales will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through phone calls, social media, referrals, networking, and direct communication.

• Contact potential customers and introduce the products and services of Otithee City and Resort Limited.

• Present resort share packages, ownership opportunities, investment benefits, and other company offerings.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or packages.

• Arrange meetings and conduct sales presentations with prospective customers.

• Follow up with potential clients regularly to convert leads into successful sales.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Attend client meetings, promotional events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned departments.

• Assist customers with sales-related queries and provide accurate product information.

• Maintain proper sales documentation and coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment-related information.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for the reporting manager.
