Job Context:
∎ First Dhaka Elevated Expressway (FDEE) Is Bangladesh’s First Elevated Expressway Project, Which Will Connect The Shahjalal Airport With Kutubkhali Via Mohakhali, Tejgaon And Kamalapur Of Dhaka. It Is One Of The Largest Infrastructure Projects Taken Up By The Incumbent Government To Ease Traffic Congestion In The Capital.
∎ This Project required 10 no`s System Site Engineer for the operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and maintenance of Automatic Vehicle Classification System.
∎ Functioning and upkeep of Electronic Toll Collection .
∎ CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure Network & Application Support.
∎ Inspect the equipment of toll collection system, Traffic Surveillance System and communication system as required.
∎ Maintain M&E equipment regularly.
∎ Troubleshoot M&E system device faults.
∎ Assist System Manager to deal with complex problems.
∎ Manage the M&E system equipment assets of toll station.
∎ system data is properly protected.
∎ Coordinates toll system infrastructure design and installation with others.
∎ Ensure preventative maintenance and unplanned maintenance are performed according to the approved procedures.
∎ Installation of various software including server software & application software’s.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of job site safety practices required.
∎ Informing motorists of accidents on the road ahead.
∎ Reporting dangerous and illegal road users.
∎ Dispose of trash, ensure clearness.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work alone for long periods.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong Knowledge on Firewalls of any flavor and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Knowledge of system maintenance.
∎ Fluent in English reading, and writing .
∎ Able to use computer and have working knowledge of MS /Excel office.
∎ Have good communication skills and willingness to work under difficult conditions, Problem solving attitude.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationship with maturity, Excellent Relationship building skills.
∎ Ability to adjust to rapidly changing personnel, work, and environmental conditions and react accordingly.
∎ Ability to analyze problems, develops alternate courses of action, and employ or recommend employment of a solution.
∎ Work with small team and coach and mentor them.
∎ Well versed in computer knowledge and Internet.
