Job Context:
∎ First Dhaka Elevated Expressway (FDEE) Is Bangladesh’s First Elevated Expressway Project, Which Will Connect The Shahjalal Airport With Kutubkhali Via Mohakhali, Tejgaon And Kamalapur Of Dhaka. It Is One Of The Largest Infrastructure Projects Taken Up By The Incumbent Government To Ease Traffic Congestion In The Capital.
∎ This Project required 3 no`s Assets Controller (Store keeper) for the operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do a good job in the registration and administration of transportation materials.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance and management of the expressway and its ancillary facilities, the handling of road property compensation cases, and the management of road property and right of way in the expressway control area.
∎ Provision and recycle maintenance equipment.
∎ After having conducted the encroachment removal drive, a report on the encroachments removed must be reported on a monthly basis under the Monthly Progress report.
∎ Actual removal of the encroachment would require manpower and Equipment, record it in the table.
∎ Store the transportation materials according to the designated location.
∎ Regular inspection.
∎ Do a good job in warehouse safety management.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of job site safety practices required.
∎ Dispose of trash, ensure clearness.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
∎ Knowledge of data report statistics.
∎ Good knowledge of inventory management.
∎ Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment.
∎ Skill in dealing effectively with a wide variety of personalities while enforcing policies and regulations.
∎ Skill in planning, organizing, assigning, and reviewing the work of workmates with particular attention to maximizing optimum use of existing resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to work for night shifts too.
∎ Ability to work alone for long periods.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of inventory management.
∎ Able to communicate in basic English .
∎ Able to use computer.
∎ Ability to adjust to rapidly changing personnel, work, and environmental conditions and react accordingly.
∎ Ability to analyze problems, develops alternate courses of action, and employ or recommend employment of a solution.
∎ Work with small team and coach and mentor them.
∎ Well versed in computer knowledge and Internet.
