Job Context:
∎ Candidate should have mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh. People who are not interested to work outside Dhaka need not to apply.
∎ Those who have experience to deal with distributors/ dealer are highly encourage to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales achievement as per Annual Business Plan. ( Product - Solar Panel , Solar Battery , EV & Rickshaw Battery)
∎ Ensure right Distributor onboard.
∎ Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
∎ Activity monitoring of distributors within the assigned territory.
∎ Set channel footprint across the territory as per plan.
∎ Regular market visit and market development.
∎ Handling distributor commission & other queries.
∎ Managing systems and compliance of distributors and retailers.
∎ Regular sales reporting.
∎ Analyzing and solving territory operational issues.
∎ Ensuring proper customer service from distributors and assigned service desks
∎ People management, develop and manage Service technicians.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Marketing & Sales in any FMCG/ Retail Business.
