∎ Support the on-boarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
∎ Assist in payroll and benefits process, ensure that transactions are delivered to deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees, including logistical arrangements and participant communication.
∎ Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting activities.
∎ Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
∎ Stay updated on developments in labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends to provide informed support to the HR team.
