Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent writing skill in English; evidence of written work will be required. Expertise in organizing events and youth program.
∎ Good in extra-curricular activities like participating debate competition, singing, poet, sports, artist, drawing etc. is essential.
∎ Preferred:
∎ Understanding on the activities of Oxfam and DUDOK/ Anti-Corruption Commission is an added value. Experience in outreach communication is preferred.
∎ Key Attributes:
∎ Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities
∎ Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, women's rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work
∎ Commitment to Oxfam's safeguarding policies to ensure all people who come into contact with Oxfam are as safe as possible
Salary:
∎ A motivational allowance of BDT 1,000 will be paid to the Volunteer during the period of assignment for transportation and lunch based on actual working days
