Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to dedicate 3-6 months (full tenure of the assignment) between January to June 2020;
∎ Excellent inter personal skills;
∎ Good command over written English;
∎ Experience of arranging/leading arrangement of workshops, trainings or similar events.
∎ Motivated, ability to meet deadline;
∎ Experience in outreach communication and report writing;
∎ Experience in research activities;
∎ Experience or engagement with environmental activism;
∎ Some background in natural resource related activism or research is desired;
∎ Prior engagement with environmental actions, advocacy and research is preferable.
∎ Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities
∎ Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, women's rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work
∎ Commitment to Oxfam's safeguarding policies to ensure all people who come into contact with Oxfam are as safe as possible
∎ Only Bangladeshi National are eligible to apply

Salary:
∎ A motivational allowance of BDT 1,000 will be paid to the Volunteer during the period of assignment for transportation and lunch based on actual working days.
