∎ Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Zonal Manager / Area Manager.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the coverage of the products across the given area.
∎ Ensure that goals and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring.
∎ Ensure stock & visibility in different outlets.
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, and yearly with searching new customers.
∎ Analyze sales figures on a regular basis and prepare necessary reports for the management.
∎ Organize and schedule regular outlet visits.
∎ Build strong & sustainable relations with the respective clients/ dealer.
∎ Supervise and mentor field forces.
∎ Help team to identify issues and challenges and find ways to overcome and achieve their goals.
∎ Effectively coach team for success within the organization through effective communication, observation, timely feedback, and recognition.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top management.
∎ Selcom Group is a well-known FMCG manufacturing Company situated in Dhaka. We need energetic, hardworking, pro-active and result oriented area manager for our dynamic professional sales team having experience in selling consumer food and Beverage items like- edible oil (Soyabin, Mastered), Flour, etc is a must.
