Responsibilities & Context
1. Manage and maintain all daily accounting and financial transactions of Cozmo Cafe & Bistro.
2. Verify and reconcile daily POS sales, cash, card, bank, Foodpanda, Pathao, and other online transactions.
3. Maintain accurate records of daily expenses, purchases, bills, vouchers, and petty cash.
4. Monitor vendor accounts, outstanding dues, payment schedules, and supplier reconciliations.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, expense, cash flow, and financial reports for management.
6. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and monitor budget versus actual performance.
7. Manage VAT, Tax, payroll, bank reconciliation, and other statutory financial documentation.
8. Ensure proper financial controls, approvals, documentation, and compliance with company accounting procedures.
9. Identify financial discrepancies, control unnecessary costs, and provide management with accurate financial information for decision-making.
