Experience RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.Hands-on experience in ERP-based accounting will be preferred.Experience in restaurant chains, food businesses, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or multi-location operations will be an advantage.Additional RequirementsSound knowledge of accounting principles, vouchers, ledgers, reconciliations, and AP/ AR.Working knowledge of VAT, TDS/VDS, and other statutory deductions applicable in Bangladesh.Good understanding of POS sales, payment settlements, and bank reconciliation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables) and ERP/accounting software.Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily and month-end deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills.High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.Willingness to visit Restaurant Outlets and other Company locations when required.

• Helium Bangladesh is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive ─ Accounts & Finance to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate records in the ERP, and support reconciliations, financial controls, and Management reporting.

• The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Accounts & Finance department lead and coordinate regularly with Restaurant Operations, Supply Chain Management, HR & Admin, Central Warehouse, Central Kitchen, and Internal Audit & Compliance.
