∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM, PGDCompliance

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CTPAT, Environmental Compliance, Factory Administration, Garments HR, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute overall factory HR, Admin & Compliance activities
∎ Good experience of recruitment understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiation candidates
∎ Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, & ALLINCE etc and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top. Management of the Company.
∎ Responsible for all aspects relating jobs of store, Production management, staffs and unit HR, Admin & Compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance.
∎ Liaise with merchandising, Production, QA & any other Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit
∎ Have strong knowledge on Performance appraisal system & Payroll system
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, HIGG -Social (FSLM) & Environment (FEM-3.1) Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT)
∎ Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/ benefits/ facilities/welfare.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
∎ Working experience with Customer/Buyer: Walmart, H&M, Inditex, Celio, Tesco, Camaieu etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience with renowned RMG Woven factories, Computer knowledge, Good presentation skill, Good Report writing, Good Communication skill in Bangle & English, Good Team player
Salary: Negotiable
