Experience in recruitment, preferably involving terminal operators, technical personnel and large-scale industrial hiring.
Experience in competency-based assessments and bulk recruitment preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage recruitment execution across departments, including sourcing, advertisements, screening, interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding coordination.
Support bulk recruitment of equipment operators, technical and operational staff.
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment documentation.
