- Age At least 22 years
Membership of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB), Associate/Full, is required.
Experience in preparing RAJUK Drawings, Documentation, and Drawing Approval.
Proficiency in: ○ AutoCAD ○ Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp ○ Lumion ○ Adobe Photoshop
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and project teams.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to manage project responsibilities independently when required.
Willingness to conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required.
Candidates must submit an updated portfolio along with their CV.
