Junior Executive-Distribution

Coordinate daily product distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers, dealers.

Prepare and monitor delivery plans, dispatch schedules, and distribution routes based on sales orders.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Transport, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth distribution operations.

Monitor vehicle loading, product dispatch, delivery documentation, challans, invoices, and other related records.

Follow up on product delivery status and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and customer complaints.

Maintain accurate records of dispatched products, pending deliveries, returns, and delivery discrepancies on ERP.

Monitor transportation costs, vehicle utilization, and distribution efficiency.

Ensure proper handling of products during loading, transportation, and unloading to minimize damage and loss.

Verify delivery documents and coordinate with relevant departments regarding shortages, damages, or returned products.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution reports for management on ERP or Manually.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and distribution procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
