Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target of Retail and Corporate Liability/Deposit within the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Ensure business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in priority banking/ preferred banking/ privilege banking
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound Interpersonal skills.
∎ Negotiation skill.
∎ Target driven.
∎ Team Player.
∎ Leadership skills.
Salary: Negotiable
