Strong knowledge of FMCG / Toiletries / Cosmetics sales operations, distributor and dealer management.
Minimum 2-3 years experience as ASM / TSM / Area Manager in any FMCG company.
Experience in managing field sales teams (SO/SR).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) and sales reporting.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh as required.

We are looking for smart and hardworking Area Sales Manager (ASM) for all districts of Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Target: Achieve monthly sales target assigned by RSM in the respective Area/District.
Dealer / Dipo Appointment: Appoint new dealers and Dipo in every Thana / Upazila of your area. Ensure 100% dealer coverage.
Market Visit: Regular market visit to ensure proper distribution, stock availability, and product visibility.
Team Management: Lead, motivate and monitor Sales Officers (SO/SR) and ensure their target achievement.
Reporting: Daily sales reporting to RSM, keep record of dealer ledger and market information.
Must follow all instructions given by RSM and Management.
