Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead a campaign of all New Product Development, Product Portfolio management and Market Launching Strategies
∎ Spearhead branding structure and positioning
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
∎ Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
∎ Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
∎ Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
∎ Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
∎ Coordinate sales, distribution and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, purchase, and channel management
