Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Merchandising, Customer: Inditex (Lefties)

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.

Candidates with direct experience handling Inditex (Lefties) business will be preferred.

Experience in a Knit Composite Factory will be highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of buyer requirements, product development, costing, production follow-up, and shipment procedures.

Strong knowledge of Knit Garments and Inditex (Lefties) requirements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Strong follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising-related ERP/software will be an advantage.

Candidates must be willing to work in Gazipur.

Manage merchandising activities for Inditex (Lefties) from order confirmation to shipment.

Handle buyer communication, order follow-up, development, sampling, costing, and production coordination.

Coordinate with Design, Product Development, Planning, Production, Quality, IE, Washing, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Follow up on T&A, production status, quality requirements, and shipment schedules.

Ensure all buyer requirements, specifications, and compliance standards are properly maintained.

Monitor sample development, approval, comments, and timely submission to the customer.

Prepare and maintain order-related documents, reports, and correspondence.

Identify potential production/order execution issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.

Maintain strong professional relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders.

Ensure timely shipment and minimize order delays through proactive follow-up.
