∎ Proven experience (5-7 years) in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies for our food production.
∎ Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing.
∎ Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and availability of materials to anticipate and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
∎ Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to coordinate procurement activities and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.
∎ Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier diversification to optimize procurement processes.
