Education:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in MIS is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, preferably within the food industry or consumer goods sector.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Bangla Type and other data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with local market dynamics, consumer preferences, and distribution channels is desirable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales, inventory, and distribution channels within the local market.
∎ Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to effectively manage and organize data.
∎ Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into market trends, sales performance, and customer behavior.
∎ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
∎ Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and implementation of data quality control measures.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data analytics to continuously enhance our capabilities.
