∎ Proven experience (7-8 years) in a managerial role within a warehouse or store environment, preferably in the food industry.
∎ Strong understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
∎ Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all aspects of the factory's store operations, including inventory management, procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
∎ Develop and implement efficient inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize wastage, and prevent stock outs.
∎ Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and products to meet production schedules and customer demands.
∎ Manage and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency and accessibility.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards in the storage and handling of food products.
∎ Lead and motivate a team of storekeepers and warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
