∎ Proven experience (5-8 years) in a sales management role in the food industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as work independently to achieve goals.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
∎ Knowledge of the food market in Bangladesh and understanding of distribution channels and retail networks.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned regions in Bangladesh.
∎ Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive product sales and distribution in the assigned territories.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to promote our products and drive sales growth.
∎ Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
∎ Train and motivate sales team members to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
