• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, AD, Microsoft 365.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud (Azure/AWS)Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools.
• Solid networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT operationsProven team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Microsoft / Azure / VMware / Linux / CCNA will get preference.
• Experience with monitoring, backup, and DR solutionsKnowledge of ITIL framework.
• Familiarity with AI/AIOps tools and automation.

Server & System Administration

• Manage Windows Server (2012–2022) or latest and Linux environments

• Handle installation, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

• Ensure system availability, security, and upgrades.

Identity & Microsoft 365

• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• Control user access, policies, and security compliance

Virtualization & Cloud

• Manage VMware / Hyper-V environments and VMs

• Support Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and hybrid setup

• Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness

Endpoint Management & Automation

• Implement endpoint tools (Intune/SCCM or similar)

• Manage device deployment, patching, and policy enforcement

• Automate tasks using PowerShell/Bash

Network Infrastructure & Monitoring

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, VPN

• Use monitoring tools (PRTG/Zabbix/Nagios) for performance and alerting

IT Service Management

• Manage ticketing systems (OSTicket/ServiceDesk/Jira etc.)

• Ensure SLA, incident, problem, and change management

• Improve service delivery and reporting

Security & Compliance

• Implement security controls (Firewall, VPN, MFA, DLP, Endpoint Security)

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and audits

• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies

AI & Modern IT Operations

• Use AI tools for monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting

• Automate repetitive tasks using AI-assisted workflows

• Explore AIOps solutions to improve efficiency and incident response

Team Leadership 

• Lead and manage IT support team

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices
