1–2 years of proven hands-on experience in hardware assembly, printer troubleshooting, CCTV, network setup, and IT record-keeping (factory, manufacturing, or commercial enterprise experience preferred).
Responsibilities & Context
Strong knowledge of PC architecture, component diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP, and switch/router deployment.
Proficiency in IP CCTV architecture (PoE switches, NVR channel mapping, PTZ, and mobile monitoring).
Familiarity with network print protocols (SMB, RAW, LPR) and barcode label printing.
Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and basic network mapping software or flowcharts).
Soft Skills:
Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to act fast during production floor downtime.
Good written and verbal communication skills for tracking and reporting IT activities.
Willingness to work on-site in a factory/production environment.
