Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To find prospective clients to buy and sell flats and land.
∎ Collect proper information about land and flats
∎ Ability to find and manage clients for property vetting
∎ To find and manage clients for interior design and civil work
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the service policies of the organisation.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly
∎ To maintain relationships with the existing customers
∎ To create a strong database of prospective customers
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over email/telephone
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintaining their records in the computer
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visits out of the office
∎ To visit projects with clients for their satisfaction and queries.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and searching outdoor prospects.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales official formalities i.e. to check application form to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deeds of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas on how to improve sales with Team Leader and other colleagues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Head of Sales.
