Job Responsibilities:
∎ To contact clients for their property needs and find ways to provide good services
∎ To work closely with marketing team to get propety knowledge about company practices
∎ To call, email, and visit clients to understand their demand
∎ To find and visit property areas according to client's need
∎ Organizing site visits and viewings with clients as necessary
∎ To meet property owners to negotiate cost and terms for sales purposes
∎ To work closely with other teams to find ways for best service solutions
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication Bangla / English skills
∎ Support drafting of different contracts and relevant various deed & documents
∎ To support Managing Director and other managers for different business issues
∎ Motorcycle, Scotty driving will get advantage
∎ Any other job assign by the management
