• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognized public, private, or national university, with no third division/class or CGPA below 2.50 at any stage of academic education.
• Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field will be given preference.

• Age At most 32 years

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in banking, card sales, financial services, FMCG, insurance, telecommunications, or other direct sales roles will be given preference. Experience in credit card sales will be considered an added advantage.
• Applicants must be aged 32 years or below as of the application date. However, the age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidates currently employed in any organization.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Highly sales-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to travel extensively to support business development activities.

Job Context:

National Bank PLC. invites applications from energetic, customer-oriented, and target-driven individuals for the position of Assistant Relationship Officer in its Card Division. The successful candidates will be responsible for expanding the Bank’s card business by promoting Credit Cards and other card products, acquiring new customers, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will also be expected to maintain strict adherence to the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit cards and other card products through direct sales, customer referrals, corporate partnerships, and other approved acquisition channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, acquire potential customers, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits, sales campaigns, road shows, and promotional activities to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and encourage customer retention.
• Clearly communicate card features, benefits, fees, and terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the accurate completion of application forms, proper collection of supporting documents, and timely submission of card applications.
• Monitor and follow up on applications throughout the approval, card issuance, and activation processes while providing prompt and effective customer support.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Management.
• Represent the Bank professionally, maintain its brand reputation, adhere to established standards, and perform any additional duties assigned by the Management.
