Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Need a good understanding of the design process involved within the fashion environment; understand apparel from concept to executable samples.

2. Perform trend searching and structural sketching as per given instructions.

3. Produce detailed tech packs and follow the complete development of a product from initial drawings to final samples.

4. Allocate samples and source raw materials from appropriate factories and mills.

5. Liaise with factories and, when required, visit factories to follow progress, check sample rooms, evaluate wash processes, and source trims and fabrics.

6. Perform other duties as required to support design room operations.
