Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Publish the schedule for the internship programs and ensure participation by the Intern. Ensure availability of all infrastructure requirements to conduct the program. Manage the evaluation process of the Internship program.
∎ Conduct training needs analysis and prepare a yearly training calendar based on inputs from the concern dept of the company. Identify and coordinate with both internal and external trainers for various training programs to ensure availability on the selected date/time slots.
∎ Establishing organization development through clear Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HR Manual, Timelines, Roles and Responsibilities of various individuals involved in the process, and templates for the conduct of the process.
∎ Assessing the outcome of training sessions & Prepare the training budget as per identifying nature of specific training. Maintain the budget variance within the accepted and agreed range.
∎ Ensure, onboarding of all new employees through a timely Induction Program and employee engagement programs over the year.
∎ Ensure discussion, finalization, and communication of yearly departmental/individual Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees of the organization.
∎ Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment across the organization.
∎ Arrange seminars/workshops in the different university campuses for Employer branding.
∎ Prepare and publish quarterly company newsletter.
∎ Any other responsibility delegated by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Very good Communication skills in English & Bangla Both verbal & Written.
∎ Good understanding of professional etiquette.
∎ Well, Presentable & Matured.
∎ Well conversant in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (with amendment 2013) & rules 2015 and 2018.
∎ Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all categories of employees.
∎ Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, HR Reporting, and other HR software and tools.

Salary: Negotiable
