Swan Properties Ltd. is looking for an experienced, capable, and results-oriented professional to join our team as Manager – Land Sharing & Apartment Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing land-sharing-based real estate projects and driving apartment sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage apartment sales activities for land-sharing-based projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and landowners.
- Coordinate effectively among landowners, buyers, and the company to ensure smooth transactions.
- Present project details, apartment prices, land shares, facilities, payment terms, and other commercial information clearly to prospective buyers.
- Generate new sales leads and develop effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and implement sales and marketing plans for land-sharing projects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of land value, project feasibility, construction plans, market conditions, and competitors.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Accounts, Legal, and Customer Service departments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and ensure timely conversion of sales leads.
- Prepare and submit regular sales progress reports, market feedback, and updates on prospective buyers to the management.
- Ensure that all sales and transaction activities comply with company policies, financial requirements, and applicable legal procedures.
- Take necessary initiatives to expand the company's land-sharing business and apartment sales network.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate, property development, land sharing, apartment sales, or property marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of land-sharing business models, land transactions, apartment sales, and real estate development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team-management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Dhaka real estate market and property pricing trends will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, reporting, and basic sales management tools.
- Must be proactive, honest, target-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Strong ability to communicate professionally in Bangla and English.
