Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
∎ Job Location - Dhaka (Niketon)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives.
∎ Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales.
∎ Searching for clients who might benefit from the company's products.
∎ Documentation and control of target achievement.
∎ Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients.
∎ Reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing.
∎ Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.
∎ Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
∎ Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership.
∎ Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance.
∎ Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 7 year(s) Experience on any Renowned IT Firm at Bangladesh.
∎ Technical knowledge to identify technical inefficiencies.
∎ Business management know-how.
∎ Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales.
∎ Expertise in the field of IT product.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
