·         Operate the 14 Ton Dual burner (Gas & Diesel) Boiler, including start-up, shutdown, and routine operation as per standard operating procedures (SOP).

·         Monitor boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption to ensure safe and efficient performance.

·         Conduct daily inspections, blowdown operations, and ensure proper boiler water treatment.

·         Identify operational issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and report major faults to the maintenance team promptly.

·         Maintain boiler logbooks and operational records, and ensure compliance with the Boiler Act, factory safety rules, and environmental regulations, including proper housekeeping of the boiler area.

·         Should be maintain Operation & Maintenance Manual of Boiler

·         Candidate should have a Boiler Operator License

·         Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Factory Management pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
