Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred)

• Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant industry (Extensive leadership experience as a Factory Head or Senior Plant Manager).

• Detailed and hands-on knowledge of Mackie jute mill machinery and yarn/twine production processes.

• Excellent labor management, strong communication, ability to work under high pressure, and analytical problem-solving capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of jute spinning, weaving, bag making, finishing, and Mackie jute mill machinery.

• Expertise in production planning, raw material procurement, supply chain management, and inventory control.

• Ability to achieve production targets, maintain product quality, optimize costs, minimize wastage, and improve machinery efficiency.

• Proven ability to maintain product quality, achieve production targets, optimize costs, minimize wastage, and improve machinery efficiency.

• Strong leadership, workforce management, communication and coordination skills as a Factory Head.

• Knowledge of workplace safety, environmental regulations, applicable labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
