About the role
Reachable is a programmatic ad network that helps brands and agencies reach the right audiences across premium websites and apps. You will sell Reachable to brands, media agencies and advertisers in Bangladesh and in international markets.
You own the deal from first meeting to signed contract, and keep the client growing after that.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage a pipeline of brands, agencies and media buyers
• Run client meetings, product demos and presentations
• Prepare proposals, media plans and quotations with the internal team
• Negotiate and close deals against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage clients after closing — campaign follow-ups, renewals and upsells
• Follow up and convert leads passed on by the lead generation team
• Keep the CRM updated and share a weekly pipeline report
• Track competitor activity and bring client feedback back to the team
• Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree; BBA/MBA preferred
• 1–3 years in B2B sales — adtech, digital marketing, media, SaaS or agency
• Working knowledge of digital advertising (programmatic, Google, Meta)
• Strong spoken and written Bangla and English
• Comfortable working with clear sales targets
• Good with Google Workspace or MS Office; CRM experience is a plus

• Experience selling to international clients
• Experience selling tech products
