Responsibilities & Context
Develop new business opportunities for industrial projects related to mechanical utility, ventilation, dehumidification and pumping systems.
Identify and approach potential industrial manufacturers, consultants and contractors.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular market visits and follow up with customers regarding project requirements, quotations, and orders.
Coordinate with the Project team, R&D, and implementation team for business development and customer requirements.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate for new development.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, market updates, and other necessary reports for management.
Achieve assigned sales target.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
