Garment Technician - Lingerie (Sewing & Bonding)

Ensure correct garment construction and sewing quality according to approved samples and buyer specifications.

Provide technical support for sewing operations, machine settings, and sewing methods.

Monitor bonding machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, and bonding time.

Identify and troubleshoot sewing and bonding defects, including peeling, bubbling, and seam defects.

Support sample development, garment construction, and technical corrections.

Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.

Analyze recurring defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and prepare sewing and bonding samples according to buyer requirements and technical specifications.

Have practical knowledge of sewing sample construction, stitching methods, and garment assembly.

Prepare bonding samples and ensure correct bonding techniques, machine settings, temperature, pressure, and bonding time.

Identify and resolve technical issues in sewing and bonding samples.

Check sample measurements, workmanship, appearance, and quality against approved standards.

Support sample modifications and corrections based on buyer or technical team feedback.

Ensure sample quality and accuracy before submission for buyer approval.

Coordinate with the Sample Room, Production, Quality, and Technical teams to ensure timely sample development.
