Job Responsibilities
Responsible to maintain all commercial (Cash Incentive) related activities.
Prepare and process cash incentive/subsidy claims for eligible export shipments as per prevailing government rules and requirements.
Collect, verify, and maintain export-related documents required for cash incentive claims, including:
Export LC/Contract, EXP Form, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Export proceeds realization documents, UD/UP documents, where applicable, Certificate of Origin and other supporting documents,
Coordinate with Authorized Dealer (AD) Bank regarding submission, processing, clarification, and settlement of incentive claims.
Monitor each shipment/claim from document preparation to final realization/payment.
Ensure all documents and information submitted to the bank are accurate, complete, and consistent with export records.
Prepare shipment-wise and buyer-wise cash incentive statements and maintain proper records.
Follow up with banks for pending claims, discrepancies, queries, and required corrections.
Coordinate with Commercial, Accounts & Finance, Merchandising, Export, and Production departments to collect necessary information and supporting documents.
Reconcile cash incentive claims, approved amounts, received amounts, and outstanding claims with bank statements and company records.
Maintain an updated Cash Incentive Tracking/Status Report.
Ensure timely submission of claims within applicable regulatory and banking deadlines.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit, bank inspection, internal control, and government verification.
Monitor changes in Bangladesh Bank, NBR, Customs, and other relevant government circulars/rules related to export incentives and communicate applicable changes to management.
Assist during internal, external, buyer, bank, and government audits by providing relevant cash incentive records and supporting documents.
Ensure confidentiality and proper control of commercial and financial information.
Any commercial related task is given by the management.
