Follow up on daily delivery status and verify the same against the export statement.

Prepare export-related documents, including Bill of Exchange, Delivery Challan, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Beneficiary Certificate, etc.

Visit buyer’s /Customers/Supplier’s offices for submission of export documents and collection of party acceptance.

Coordinate with Customer, Suppliers, Buyers, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines and relevant authorities.

Coordinate with banks for collection of bank acceptance and maturity payments and ensure timely follow-up.

Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts & Finance, Production, Store, Sales and Management.

Prepare and send delivery statements to buyers/Customers/Suppliers as per their requirements.

Provide copies of Delivery Challans to buyers/Customers/Suppliers whenever required.

Maintain and regularly update the Export Register.

Organize and maintain all export-related documents systematically.

Prepare and process UP, In-Bond and Ex-Bond documentation.

Prepare stock statements, stock calculations, and adjustment plans for fabrics, Interlining and chemicals.

Maintain records of goods and machinery movement in the bonded warehouse.

Perform any other commercial-related tasks assigned by the line manager.
