Responsibilities & Context
• Manage day-to-day IP & EP commercial activities related to EPZ operations.
• Handle import and export documentation and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, customs, EPZ authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage commercial documents, including L/C, PI, invoice, packing list, EXP, bill of entry, bill of export and other related documents.
• Ensure compliance with EPZ, Customs, VAT, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate shipment, customs clearance, logistics, and delivery activities.
• Maintain proper records, files, and documentation of all commercial transactions.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Perform other commercial and operational responsibilities assigned by management
