Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial/procurement operations (construction sector preferred)
Responsibilities & Context
Manage end-to-end commercial operations including procurement, import, logistics, and air shipment
Handle LC opening, bank documentation, and coordination with financial institutions
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
Expert in international sourcing and procurement of Lift, Generator, Solar, Machinery, Light fittings, Substation equipment, Tiles, Sanitaryware, and CP fittings
Ensure timely shipment, customs clearance, and delivery of materials
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Project teams
Maintain commercial documentation (PI, LC, Invoice, BL, etc.)
Monitor market trends, pricing, and sourcing opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and tax laws
Good understanding of VAT, AIT, Custom Duty, IRC, HS Code, Custom Tariff and all related tax laws and policies
