Commercial Officer

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance & Banking
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

·         Professional certification in Supply Chain/Commercial operations will be an advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 25 to 40 years

·         3–5 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Import-Export, LC and Banking operations.·         Experience in manufacturing/packaging industry will be preferred.

·         Manage overall commercial activities including LC, import, export and banking documentation.

·         Prepare and verify commercial documents, invoices, PI, LC, EXP, Bill of Entry and related papers.

·         Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, suppliers, customers and internal departments.

·         Handle import/export procedures and ensure timely shipment and documentation.

·         Monitor customs, VAT, tax and other regulatory compliance related to commercial operations.

·         Maintain proper records of all commercial transactions and documents.

·         Ensure smooth coordination between Purchase, Accounts, Production and Management.

·         Resolve commercial issues efficiently and provide regular updates to management.

·         Any other responsibilites as assigned by the management.
