Medical Technologist for Lab

Hands-on experience with digital/computed radiography (DR/CR) systems

Sound knowledge of radiation safety and positioning techniques

Good communication skills and a courteous attitude towards candidates

Ability to work in shifts and handle high patient volume

Basic computer skills (MS Office, PACS/RIS is a plus)Attention to detail, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility

Perform digital X-ray (chest and other required views) accurately and produce clear, high-quality images.

Correctly identify, position and prepare candidates for each imaging procedure.

Verify candidate identity against passport and registration details before each procedure.

Operate, monitor and maintain X-ray and imaging equipment, and report faults promptly.

Follow radiation safety protocols (ALARA principle), and use shielding and protective equipment properly.

Ensure images are properly labeled, stored and forwarded to the radiologist for reporting.

Maintain daily logs of examinations, patient records and equipment use.

Coordinate with doctors, the radiologist, lab staff and the front desk to keep patient flow smooth.

Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the radiology room.

Keep all candidate information confidential and comply with the center’s SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Perform other related duties assigned by management.
