Responsibilities & Context
Get Your Roman Tours SRLS is a Rome-based tour operator selling guided tours, attraction tickets and special events in Rome, Vatican City, Florence and Paris. We are an authorized reseller for City Sightseeing, Big Bus, Gray Line, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Uffizi Gallery, the Eiffel Tower and more. This position is part of our back office team in Mirpur, Dhaka, supporting international travellers who book with us online.
Job Responsibilities
Reply to customer messages by email, WhatsApp and chat in clear, friendly English
Handle bookings, changes, cancellations and meeting-point questions
Coordinate with our Rome team and tour guides to solve customer issues quickly
Keep booking and customer records accurate in Google Sheets
Send booking confirmations, reminders and travel information to customers
Spot recurring customer problems and suggest better solutions
Support the team during peak travel season when needed
