Job Context:
∎ Candidates should have the mind to work in shifting basis.
∎ 6 days a week & 9 Hours shift.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query.
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures.
∎ Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
∎ You have to handle each & every client with care and honesty.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
