∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have excellent in English speaking and listening skills.
∎ Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
∎ Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
∎ Working knowledge of CRM procedures and systems.
∎ Call international clients on both incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ To satisfy customers, determine and evaluate their needs.
∎ To answer consumer questions, one must possess a thorough understanding of the company's goods and services.
∎ Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
