Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be a known P.P. woven bag trend in Bangladesh.
∎ The desired candidate would need to handle the sales & marketing of P.P. woven bags.
∎ Sales forecasting and preparing action plans accordingly. Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers through physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell P.P. woven bags.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis of business activities.
∎ Visit different organizations/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports for those in charge and top management.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with existing clients and adopting policies to hunt new ones.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Oral & written communication skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Computer proficiency is a must.
∎ Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers
∎ Be adaptable, able to mold to an ever-changing environment.
∎ Positive, possess a "Can Do" attitude and cheerful personality
∎ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Respect for people and ideas.
