Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the entire hiring procedure, from posting job openings to finding candidates to doing interviews and choosing the best applicants.
∎ Establish, revise, and assess various HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to company, regional, and labor legislation requirements.
∎ Human Resource Planning: (making sure that the analysis of manpower and market structure is in line with both short- and long-term HR planning).
∎ Review Workplace Policy: (establishing policies and procedures in accordance with best organizational practices).
∎ Monitor and Assess Performance: (Determine targets, goals, KRAs, and KPIs to create a system of performance-based evaluation for each employee.)
∎ Determine the employees' training needs and organize their programs for professional growth.
∎ Plan and organize the cultural activities to improve retention, productivity, and other aspects of employee satisfaction.
∎ Handle conflicts and settle complaints regarding or inside the department.
∎ Ensure that the corporate office complies with the Labor Law.
∎ Carry out additional responsibilities as designated from time to time by the management level.
