Practical knowledge of biological and chemical wastewater treatment processes.
Strong understanding of ETP troubleshooting, wastewater testing, and environmental compliance.
Experience in manpower supervision, preventive maintenance, and operational cost control.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise daily operation, maintenance, and performance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
Ensure treated wastewater meets applicable environmental regulations and discharge standards.
Monitor wastewater quality, chemical consumption, sludge management, and treatment efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted ETP operations.
Maintain operational records, laboratory reports, and environmental compliance documentation.
Ensure preventive maintenance of ETP equipment and efficient utilization of chemicals and resources.
Coordinate environmental audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
Lead and supervise ETP personnel to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
